Following our usual guidelines of electrical technological history, we find that what are called microwaves, millimetre waves (MMW), extremely high frequency (EHF), Terahertz, TSA  all turn-out to be the same thing. These so called radio waves appear to be more akin to heat than radio and they were discovered during the Victorian age.  They have become a ‘modern technology’ called 5G, now generally called millimetre waves or just MMW which is what we will use throughout.

Note: [All of our electrical technology has a Victorian origin because the true nature of electricity and with it the inventive processes were destroyed with the coming of Einstein’s theories and J.J. Thomson’s electron. – see other pages]

Jagdish Chandra Bose

Jagadish Chandra Bose 1890s
Wiki: During a November 1894 (or 1895) public demonstration at (the) Town Hall of Kolkata, Bose ignited gunpowder and rang a bell at a distance using millimetre range wavelength microwaves. Lieutenant Governor Sir William Mackenzie witnessed Bose’s demonstration in the Kolkata Town Hall. Bose wrote in a Bengali essay, Adrisya Alok (Invisible Light), “The invisible light can easily pass through brick walls, buildings etc. Therefore, messages can be transmitted by means of it without the mediation of wires.”

Bose’s work actually predates that of Guglielmo Marconi who is most often associated with the development of radio. https://ethw.org/Jagadish_Chandra_Bose

Gustave LeBon 1890s

Gustave-LeBon
Gustave LeBon

According to Wiki: Charles-Marie Gustave Le Bon (French: 7 May 1841 – 13 December 1931) was a French polymath whose areas of interest included anthropology, psychology, sociology, medicine, invention, and physics.
LeBon Wiki: During 1896 he reported observing a new kind of radiation, which he termed “black light” (not the same as what people call black light today), though it was later discovered not to exist.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustave_Le_Bon

[Wiki: (Today) A blacklight (or often black light), also referred to as a UV-A light, Wood’s lamp, or ultraviolet light,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blacklight ]

[Wiki records things that did not exist and then they did exist. They did not exist until the 1930’s when they appeared once more to be in vogue and again more recently as RADAR, microwave ovens and 5G to name but a few applications. It’s all a little confusing, the following may be the reason:]

“His book The Evolution of Matter was very popular in France (having twelve editions), and though some of its ideas — notably that all matter was inherently unstable and was constantly and slowly transforming into luminiferous ether — were used by some physicists of the time (including Henri Poincaré), his specific formulations were not given much consideration.

Up until the 1930s many physicists ignored Einstein and continued to use the aether theory; the theory that gave us our electrical technology. It was then that the theories of Albert Einstein and the electron of Thomson were enforced. Although aether was eventually successfully debunked by Einstein and his publicists and by default by all mainstream science it occasionally presents itself to modern science in the guise of vacuum energy, zero point energy and more recently dark matter and dark energy.

rexresearch.com: An extract from a now rejected book by LeBon:
Dr. Gustave LeBon The Evolution of Forces The International Scientific Series
D. Appleton and Company ~ New York ~ 1908
“The first of the three categories of radiations enumerated being identical with the cathode rays and radioactive emissions, it would be useless now to give them a special name. I shall therefore only designate by the name of Black Light: (1) the invisible radiations, totally unknown before my researches, emitted by certain phosphorescent bodies; and (2) the radiations of great wavelength, belonging to the infrared part of the spectrum. This region has been known for a long time, but the majority of its properties have been ignored. It was not suspected before my researches that these radiations passed through a great number of bodies, allowed instantaneous photography in the dark, and possessed very special physiological actions.” http://www.rexresearch.com/lebonfor/evforp2.htm#p2b4ch1

Paul E. Dobler 1930s
Journal of Borderland Science (March-April 1989), page 5:
Dr. Paul E. Dobler of Heilbronn, Germany discovered that turbulent water emits powerful bursts of energy in the millimeter electronic wave band. Turbulent motion of water generates millions of vortexes which act as energy transmitters.

This energy waveband was once called the X-band by physicists as it included the range from the infrared light band to the edge of the microwave radio band. It was called the X-band because no one could differentiate specific frequencies in this band. These energies have very interesting properties.

Dr. Dobler discovered that energies in this waveband could cause certain metallic crystals to emit photons of light which will expose certain types of chromatic film. Dr. Dobler made interferometers, resonators, and other devices that could accurately measure the wavelengths emitted by water.

He was also able to measure millimetre wavelengths that are emitted by crystals and magnets. The exact techniques used by Dobler are described in his two books: Biophysikalische Untersuchungen uber Stralung der Materie, Wunchelrute, Elecktrische Wellen (Biophysical Experiments on the Radiation of matter, Divining Rods, Electric Waves, 1939) and Physickalischer und Photographischer machweis de Erdstrahlen Losung des Problems der Wunschelrute (Physical and Photographic Proof of Radiation from the Earth, 1934). Unfortunately this great scientist’s work was lost for many years due to the destruction of scientific libraries in Germany during WWII.

These waves were also photographed in 1898 by Dr Gustav LeBon in France. His experiments are described in his masterpiece, The Evolution of Matter (1909). Dr. LeBon used energized zinc sulfide plates to make these photographs. When zinc sulfide is exposed to bright light it glows in the dark. When it is exposed to infrared and millimeter waves, these waves extinguish the photon emission of the zinc plate. By focusing these waves by means of special devices, photographs can be taken through walls. Both LeBon and Dobler were able to demonstrate the power of these waves to penetrate all physical matter such as wood, earth and stones. These waves are, however, powerfully absorbed by water…

5G is a development of the technologies above

These once debunked properties are now lauded as wonders of modern science. and Wiki gets it wrong, Wiki editors know nothing about history
Wiki: The first images generated using terahertz radiation date from the 1960s; however, in 1995 images generated using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy generated a great deal of interest. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terahertz_radiation

WWII-RADAR
Millimetre wave RADAR had its debut during WWII

RADAR uses Millimetre Waves
Radar uses the same frequency bands and can also be traced back to Victorian radio/wireless experiments:
Wiki: As early as 1886, German physicist Heinrich Hertz showed that radio waves could be reflected from solid objects. In 1895, Alexander Popov, a physics instructor at the Imperial Russian Navy school in Kronstadt, developed an apparatus using a coherer tube for detecting distant lightning strikes. The next year, he added a spark-gap transmitter. In 1897, while testing this equipment for communicating between two ships in the Baltic Sea, he took note of an interference beat caused by the passage of a third vessel. In his report, Popov wrote that this phenomenon might be used for detecting objects, but he did nothing more with this observation

Microwave Cooker Millimetre Waves

PercySpencers-mw-oven
Percy Spenser’s microwave oven

(Engineer Percy) Spencer’s original US patent 2,495,429, Method of Treating Foodstuffs, was filed October 8, 1945 and granted on January 24, 1950. In this patent he points out the choice of frequency which provides high heating efficiency, the size of the cavity, and some superfluous details on the magnetron oscillator itself. He envisioned a conveyor belt for parading the food into the cavity, no mention of safety, or how the radiation might be enclosed or how the food might enter the cavity (like a door). In a second patent 2,480,679 Spencer shows the now-ubiquitous use of microwaves to pop popcorn.

I’m told that WWII military guardsmen would stand in front of the RADAR antenna to keep warm during inclement weather and it was these “thermal skin effects” that gave rise to millimetre wave safety standards still in place today.IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

5G is a microwave oven that works with the door open.

World Health Organisation: Exposure to RF fields above 10 GHz at power densities over 1000 W/m2 are known to produce adverse health effects, such as eye cataracts and skin burns. https://www.who.int/peh-emf/publications/facts/fs226/en/

Human Effects
Human effects testing on the large-scale version of Active Denial Technology has included more than 13,000 exposures on volunteer subjects both in static demonstrations and in realistic operational assessments. Both laboratory research and full-scale test results demonstrated that there is only a 1/10th of 1% chance of injury from a System 1 or System 2 exposure. Research on the safety and effectiveness of 95 gigahertz millimeter- wave directed energy has been peer reviewed in numerous professional journals and independently reviewed by the Human Effects Advisory Panel. A copy of the panel’s report is available at:

Military use of millimetre waves

5g-active-denial
Using millimeter-wave technology to limit access to sensitive locations is a unique application of the technology. It could provide non-lethal deterrent systems that could be installed on mobile or fixed platforms. https://www.mwrf.com/active-components/millimeter-waves-enhance-military-projects

rfpage.com: Military uses high power millimeter waves in active denial systems to control attack enemies. Active denial systems (ADS) are biological weapon designed to crowd control by activating high power millimeter waves which heat up body during exposure. Highly directive antennas aim the target and disintegrate the crowd in seconds. (Disintegrate? should that be disperse? maybe not!)

We are going through a transition stage in wireless technology now, the existing LTE advanced technology will be migrated to 5G technologies by year 2020. At this moment, no one is certain about the impact of 5G technologies to human body. Besides from the strict regulation from monitoring authorities, it important to spread the awareness to public about the downside of high frequency radio waves to take necessary steps to safety. (This is saying the monitoring authorities are doing nothing because presumably if they were doing their job we would know.)

Based on the research data from different sources, long time exposure to high power microwave and millimeter waves could cause serious damages to skin and brain cells. Technology offers us convenience and assistance to do more complex tasks, at the same time everyone have the responsibility to make sure it will not affect human being and other living organisms. (But that’s not being done)

Wiki IEEE: As of 2018, it is the world’s largest association of technical professionals with more than 423,000 members in over 160 countries around the world. Its objectives are the educational and technical advancement of electrical and electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering and allied disciplines.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute_of_Electrical_and_Electronics_Engineers#Educational_activities

One would think the IEEE would be monitoring 5G health issues but it’s not.

More IEEE: Millimeter microwaves (MMWs) are a subset of RF in the 30-300-GHz range, The proliferation of devices that operate in the MMW range has been accompanied by increased concern about their safety. As MMW irradiation has a very shallow penetration in tissue, the specific absorption rate is not a relevant parameter for dosimetry purposes. A thermal modeling program was used to investigate the tissue heating effects of MMW irradiation (100 GHz nominal) on the primate head. The objectives were to determine the extent to which the surface and subsurface tissue temperatures depend on applied energy density and the effects of blood flow and surface cooling on tissue temperatures. https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/884202

There is no mention of cell damage other than by “thermal modelling”, this has been the stance since WWII. No up-to-date research has been done.

5g-street-lights
Gateshead, a town in Northern England, has become the center of a controversy over 5G wireless technology. Local resident Mark Steele, a scientist who formerly worked for the IEEE Communications Society, maintains that the borough’s WiFi “smart” lights –many located right outside residents’ bedroom windows –are causing insomnia, nosebleeds and stillbirths. https://woodhowto.blogspot.com/

Wiki – Military Active Denial System:
The ADS was deployed in 2010 with the United States military in the Afghanistan War, but was withdrawn without seeing combat. On August 20, 2010, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department announced its intent to use this technology on prisoners in the Pitchess Detention Center in Los Angeles, stating its intent to use it in “operational evaluation” in situations such as breaking up prisoner fights. As of 2014, the ADS was only a vehicle-mounted weapon, though U.S. Marines and police were both working on portable versions. ADS was developed under the sponsorship of the DoD Non-Lethal Weapons Program with the Air Force Research Laboratory as the lead agency. There are reports that Russia and China are developing their own versions of the Active Denial System.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_Denial_System

The corporate-military-industrial complex is in the process of deploying — upon all civilians — millimeter-wave technology linked to weapons programs. The realization of this agenda is progressing toward mainstream awareness, and people are fighting back. https://takebackyourpower.net/5g-network-uses-same-emf-waves-as-pentagon-crowd-control-system/

5G The Perfect Surveilence Tool
‘Snooper’s charter’ bill becomes law, extending UK state surveillance

theguardian.com: The home secretary, Amber Rudd, hailed the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 as “world-leading legislation” that provided “unprecedented transparency and substantial privacy protection”. (Note that transparency and privacy are opposites – double speak.)
But privacy campaigners claimed that it would provide an international standard to authoritarian regimes around the world to justify their own intrusive surveillance powers.

*If you want to know about 5G DON’T ask government because it is part of their surveillance program – it makes it so much easier to spy on us all.
*If you want to know about 5G be sure NOT to ask those who are making money from it.

5G is not all about speedy downloads
It’s the perfect surveillance tool:

aerport-security 1
Millimetre-wave scanners in the US and elsewhere.

At the beginning of this page we are told it can see through walls and it can even see through clothes to your skin, – the water in your body prevents certain frequencies going deeper. It can see you watching your smart TV that is already watching and listening to you and you have a smart mobile phone that tells the surveillance when and where you go. It can see you in the bathroom in the kitchen and in bed.
We have an extended system that also has the ability to burn anyone it sees not doing what the party line thinks they should be doing with it’s crowd control ability.

We only need a cashless monetary system to equal China where they are able to take away your ability to buy, sell and travel. This is probably automated and so there is no redress, nowhere to complain, nowhere to run. The government want to install one of these in every street.

One of the most persistent characteristics of technology is it’s ability to go wrong. Imagine this thing running amok, zapping and maiming randomly.
